Radish is a great vegetable, but sometimes it quickly becomes boring. However, this method of cooking you will not get bored.
What is required:

- 1 kg of radish;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 1 l of water;
- 6 tsp. Sahara;
- 3 tsp. salts;
- 120 ml. 9 percent vinegar;
- 5 bay leaves;
- 10 black peppercorns;
- 10 peas allspice;
- 3 cloves;
- 2-liter can;
- a small bunch of parsley and dill.
Recipe

Pour a liter of cold water into a large saucepan. Add to it all the ingredients on the list and mix well.
Bring the liquid to a boil. After boiling cook for exactly 30 seconds.
Remove from heat, cover and allow to cool to 50 degrees Celsius.

Wash and remove the radish tips. At the bottom of a 2-liter jars, put parsley with dill, pre-washed. Crumble a third of the garlic into small pieces on the bottom of the jar. Cut the radish into plates 3-4 mm thick. Chop the garlic in the middle and top of the jar.

Add the cooled marinade through a strainer to remove the seasonings, not topping up the jars. Pour vinegar. Cover and stir a little, turning the jar up and down. Cool it to room temperature, then refrigerate for 8 hours.

After 8 hours the radish is ready. Put it out of the marinade in a small cup, add vegetable oil and garnish with greens.
