Even if you are accustomed to cooking eggs using the same recipe and you have been doing it for so many years, just try to leave the familiar kitchen a little and diversify it with something very unusual, but at the same time very tasty.

Creamy beet filling

You will like it with its bright color and delicate taste.

For 4-6 eggs, take:

  • 1 small boiled beets;
  • 50-70 grams of cream cheese;
  • salt, pepper, thyme on a pinch.

For 6 eggs, take:

Mix yolks with onions, ham, 1 tbsp. l butter and cream. Salt, pepper. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in 1 tbsp. l butter from the side of the filling until crisp.

On 6 eggs, cook:

  • 2 tbsp. l cream 30%;
  • 85-100 gr. smoked or salted salmon (to taste);
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice;

  • salt pepper.

In a blender, add boiled yolks, cheese, salmon, cream, lemon and dill, salt and pepper. The resulting delicious filling fill the proteins.
